When to Burn Sneaks?

At the highest Rank. In short, the longer you use your Sneaks and consume Energy, the higher the Rank value will be. And with the higher Rank come higher Burning reward.

Besides having proper Rank, it is important to increase Balance stat before burning by putting Sapphire gems in all sockets. In a table below you can find details how Burning KCAL reward changes based on rank and Balance stat level.

To max out KCAL reward from Burning, make sure to insert Balance gems (Sapphire) in all Sneak sockets. Breakdown of Rank and Balance stat (short: B) is shown below. Values shown are KCAL tokens received as reward for Burning.
